If a festival happens to overlap with your trip regardless of whether you planned around it, it's generally a bonus rather than something requiring special tickets — budget extra time and appetite for wandering World Showcase's kiosks, and treat it as an unplanned highlight of an EPCOT day rather than something you need to have researched in depth beforehand.
