Rental car

These work best for travellers without heavy luggage constraints and without a tight schedule immediately after landing.
Disney's own transportation
If you're staying at a Disney-owned resort, Disney has, at various times, operated its own complimentary airport transportation for resort guests — availability and specifics have changed over the years, so check current offerings directly through Disney's official site or your resort reservation confirmation rather than assuming a service from a past trip is still running the same way.
Match your transport choice to your whole trip, not just the airport transfer
The right call here depends heavily on whether you'll want a car later in your trip — for a Disney-only stay with no off-property plans, skip the rental car entirely and use ride-share or resort transportation instead; for a trip that includes Universal, SeaWorld, or day trips further out, a rental car from the airport onward is usually simpler than renting partway through your trip.
