Rideshare and taxi: easiest for a simple door-to-door transfer

For one household with ordinary luggage, a rideshare or licensed taxi is often the least complicated choice: collect your bags, follow MCO's current ground-transport signs to the assigned pickup area, and travel directly to your hotel. Rideshare pricing can surge, while taxi fares depend on the trip, so check the app or posted airport information at the time.

This works especially well if you plan to use Disney buses, monorails, boats or Skyliner after check-in. You avoid rental-car paperwork and parking decisions while still getting a direct airport transfer. Shared shuttle or private transfer: useful when certainty matters

Disney's own resort buses are designed to accommodate wheelchairs and ECVs once you are on property, but your airport transfer is a separate service with its own vehicle rules.
