Is it realistic for this kind of trip?

A carry-on-only approach is genuinely realistic for a shorter, single-season Orlando trip — think five days or fewer, one climate to pack for — and it saves real time at both ends of the trip by skipping baggage claim and checked-bag fees. It gets harder to sustain on longer trips, trips spanning multiple seasons' worth of clothing needs, or trips where you know you'll be buying meaningful souvenirs or park merchandise to bring home.

What makes it work
